Advent Day 16 - Oddy Knocky

Good morning and welcome to day 16 of the WBB advent! 

We're on the countdown with only 8 days left of the calendar, which makes me sad that it's coming to an end, but its been so lovely to showcase so many incredible roasters to relaunch my blog. I really feel like I've gotten back into the swing of this blogging thing (any og'ers remember when I used to "attempt" blogging everyday in December?) I've really missed having a space on the internet to share all of my rambles.

Today we have our second repeater! And of course, its my guys at Oddy Knocky with a lil HEART EYES number.

I seem to have a habit of picking coffees that are no longer available online (I suppose that's what happens when you have to plan an advent calendar months in advance)

Process: Washed

Tastes: Cotton Candy, Rose Water, Lemongrass

For all coffees when tasting I used a 18g/225g recipe, which I feel really brought out the best in so many of the coffees I picked for the calendar (if you have a physical WBB advent, you have 22.2g (of course I had to include angel numbers) to play around with)

This coffee burst through with those SWEETIE notes, very big heart eyes indeed. It was bright, vibrant and just an all around sweet and smooth cup. As it cooled you got more of those floral notes, with the sweetness stepping to the side but still very present, all around a delicious cup of coffee! As much as I have loved every single coffee this month this is up there with one of my favourites (which makes it even worse that it's not available, I'll start a petition for them to get it back)
