Advent Day 15 - Coborn Coffee

Good morning and welcome to Day 15 of the WBB advent! 

Today we have our first "double up" of roasters, and who's shocked that its Coborn Coffee?

Today we have a classic, their Chi Chi

Farm: Chelchele Washing station, Gedeb

Varietal: Kurmue, Dago, Wolisho

Process: Natural

Altitude: 1945-1970MASL

For all coffees when tasting I used a 18g/225g recipe, which I feel really brought out the best in so many of the coffees I picked for the calendar (if you have a physical WBB advent, you have 22.2g (of course I had to include angel numbers) to play around with)

This coffee is a chocolatey delight!! 

It's not often I enjoy a super chocolatey coffee, however Chi Chi, is the exception. 

With its underlying juicy and fruity notes, it makes it such a lush coffee to just sit and enjoy.
